"Reports" is the last button on Admin's sub-command line. It generates a table showing all the help records in your Help Meister account.

The "Page/From" column matches the value you entered in that field when adding the help record. By using the column sort icon Sort Icon (up dart ascending, down dart descending), you can group together all the help records sourced from a page or form. In the example below, the administrator sees a list of all the help on the "Add Metadata" form. Note that the same help record is commonly listed (and thus sourced) from several pages and forms.

By sorting the "Field/Name" column, you quickly see the several listings of a help record as sourced from several pages and forms. For a quick peek at the help record, click its ID.

Tip: bring up the subject page or form in another browser and use the report to make sure you provided help for all the fields and sections on the page or form that need it.
